General Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. Degree required; Degree in Accounting preferred.
• 1 – 3 years experience in accounting position required.
• Grocery/Retail background preferred.
• Advanced computer skills required; ability to use a variety of software programs.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Good interpersonal communication skills required. Must be able to effectively communicate ideas in both oral and written form.
• Math and logic skills in order to assess the accuracy of numbers.
Basic understanding of algebraic processes for problem solving requirements.
• Ability to use the 10 Key Adding Machine efficiently.
• Customer service orientation and willingness to deal with people daily.
• Must be a team player and be willing to assist other office employees.
• Must be able to exercise confidentiality with company financial information.
• Ability to self-start and motivate oneself to get the job done even when fatigued.
• Ability to multi task and balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks on an ongoing basis and meet deadlines.
